About Us
Positively Spencer Youth (PSY) was established in April, 2005. PSY is made up of parents and community members who want to make a difference with Spencer youth. The goal of the group is to change the attitude toward substance use and abuse through prevention and education. There is an executive committee as well as seven subcommittees. PSY, in partnership with the community and the school, provides fun, healthy activities for everyone. With a strong emphasis on education, PSY hopes to equip parents and youth with the best tools and knowledge for everyday decision making. find out more.

The coalition was formed to change the attitude towards substance use/abuse by providing information and activities and events for youth and adults in the community. It really is amazing what PSY has accomplished in its short life. Some examples include:
